The PRC group voted against the General Plan of Urban Traffic. The plan was rejected by the Council of the Municipality with the sole vote in favor of the Democratic Party, incaponitosi on the issue even when the interventions of the public were highly critical.

The promise to build a councilor Mingardi biciplan to the Lido, was not considered a sufficient guarantee, especially since government is expiring. It rejected the suggestion of the Greens, supported by us, to withdraw the plan after a few days and re-integrated in the proposed biciplan. There is nowhere to vote against. Our observations were essentially two points: the cycle lanes and provision for parking of 456 places in the lagoon of S. Nicholas.

Regarding cycling : The plan does not provide, drawing lanes in place, such as those now found in Via Sandro Gallo, Via Colombo to Via Malamocco. As the lanes also help to bring order to the traffic, do not offer quite the same safety of bicycle lanes within own.
