Cut potatoes into cubes, cabbage and ribs
into strips and dip in boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes then add
pizzoccheri
(I used the dried ones ready)
and continue cooking for another 15 minutes stirring often
Meanwhile dice
cheeses (fontina and Casera, however cheeses springs)
and prepare a nice dish large
After 15 minutes drain the potatoes / pizzoccheri and vegetables with a slotted spoon directly into the pan and alternate with cheese
the end to melt the butter with a couple of cloves of garlic and pour over
pizzoccheri
add plenty of grated Parmesan and pass
