Today
easy recipe dedicated to my friend who Clarita,
poor, has removed the tonsils and 2 weeks unable to eat anything except
puree and ice cream!

I bought a beautiful pumpkin el I cleaned and cut into cubes
with two diced potatoes always

high in a frying pan cook for 30 minutes pumpkin the potatoes with oil, salt and pepper and rosemary understand it all with vegetable broth

When the pumpkin and potatoes have begun to unravel, I spent
all with the blender by adding a tablespoon of potato starch
and making the soup creamy
to eat hot with toasted bread and a good sprinkling of parmesan
I love eat in the autumn evenings!

my dry spell continues ...
boiled vegetables, no salt, little oil to raw ...
troooooppo tempting to resist but are more than 3 / 4 days!
these meatballs are born from the need to replace the pound of boiled carrots, which my mother boiled
..
best eaten in salads, but after enough eh!
then I am desired reward:
I crushed carrots with a fork, added an egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese
pepper (you also add the salt!)

Galbanino in the refrigerator and Hoplo '! also in their dough!

We know that the real meatballs should be fried in hot oil .. but it's stronger than me ..
I do not fry!

First I would like to thank Unika for the ACE Award and apologize for the absence of these days ... but the return from holiday is always tragic, I find it hard to resume the usual pace and in addition, after the supermangiate goliardic this summer, it takes a period of diet ... ok but not exaggerated to detox at least that little bit of sweets, oranges, and whole rotisserie Sicilian cannoli (just thinking about it I get the mouth watering!)

I have spread the pastry with baking paper in her a cake, except I cut into rounds 3 zucchini very thin and I cooked in the pan 10 minutes.
I paid the zucchini at the door, added a beaten egg, salt, pepper and cubes of fontina
and baked in the oven

and I'm back after 2 wonderful weeks in Pantelleria ... the volcanic island of silence, from the wild and intense colors and strong flavors
Also this year, I found wonderful people and experienced unforgettable emotions!
I would like to dedicate this post to Ninni and Silvia Rose of the winds ... 2 beautiful people with invite people in their simplicity and their dammuso together a wonderful evening the royal table and eat good!

recipe:
Chop the tomatoes that have already stripped in boiling water in a mortar, crush garlic with salt, basil, almonds and mint to create a creamy sauce and mix it with tomato sauce by adding olive oil, salt and pepper. When of pasta you can add a dash of oregano.

Whip the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons granulated sugar; incorporate the flour, milk and egg whites with a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl mix the ricotta with sifted remaining sugar and chocolate. Roll out the dough and cut into disks of 6 cm. in diameter, deep fry in hot oil and place them on kitchen paper to miss the excess grease. Stuff the pods, two by two with the ricotta and sprinkle with powdered sugar kisses.
Variation: if you have the specific tool
waffle round, set up a softer batter with 2 eggs, 3 cups milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 250 gr. of flour and a pinch of salt. Dip the iron into the hot oil to heat it up, pass it into the batter and immediately plunge in oil, keeping it submerged until the mixture is not clotted, dorandosi evenly. Detached, then the wafer from the tool and let lose the grease on paper towels, and finally, farcitele two by two with the cream cheese.
