good morning everyone! Here we are safe and sound after the first part of festivals and megamangiate!
this luscious dish is born of the throat and the sudden urge to mushrooms.
prepare the white sauce with 500 ml of milk
50 g butter 2 tablespoons flour salt
(if you like a nutmeg)
cook pasta while cutting the diced bacon and drain the oil from
mushrooms (I used the nails sautéed the LIDL)
drain the pasta and pour into a baking dish after applying
a bed of white sauce sprinkled with copious
diced bacon, mushrooms and mozzarella, bechamel
still a nice shot
cover with grain grated
put the pan in hot oven for 15 minutes
activating the grill for 5 minutes
get a nice crisp and golden gratin
