Inspired by the post Viviana I wanted to try pairing pasta and pears
The initial idea was to make even a stuffed pasta ... but I was too indecisive on the filling el lunchtime came, I opted for the classic (and faster to prepare!) noodles
I prepared my pasta dough with 100 grams of flour, 1 egg, salt and a little olive oil I mixed it all and rested (generous quantities for one person)
While resting the dough out to find a 'inspiration by looking at the pear .... I
the diced small el I did fry in a pan with a little olive oil
I cleaned 4 / 5 and I coarsely chopped walnuts and add the pear and cook for 5 minutes and extinguished the fire
I stretched the dough and cut noodles,
I have cooked, drain and add to the sauce making them jump with a little 'd cooking water
Impact and seasoned with plenty of grated salted ricotta seasoned
I liked a lot, even though I recognize that it is not just a summer dish
