Confimation Letter To Daughter

baked pasta with mushrooms

good morning everyone!
Here we are safe and sound after the first part of festivals and megamangiate!
this luscious dish is born of the throat and the sudden urge to
mushrooms.
prepare the white sauce with 500 ml of milk
50 g butter 2 tablespoons flour salt
(if you like a nutmeg)


cook pasta while cutting the diced bacon and drain the oil from
mushrooms (I used the nails sautéed the LIDL)
drain the pasta and pour into a baking dish after applying
a bed of white sauce sprinkled with copious
diced bacon, mushrooms and mozzarella, bechamel
still a nice shot
cover with grain grated

put the pan in hot oven for 15 minutes
activating the grill for 5 minutes
get a nice crisp and golden gratin
bon appetit!

School Event Invitation Wording

LINGUINE WITH SAUSAGE, WILD AND SAFFRON

Hello everyone!!
I am back after a long absence due to forced
purifying diet and work that kept me busy
every day! First of all thank Annamaria
for his text messages ... you're always so cute!
Then as promised, I dedicate this recipe to my dear friend Andrea P
I hope he likes it and can take it to London!
as always, my dishes are quick and easy
... usually
diet but is also time I stray ...
'cause I wanted to use the "leftovers" that I in the refrigerator!
while cooked linguine (strictly those of
Gragnano ... pretty thick!) I made a stir-fry
sausage, cut into cubes (I had previously cooked on the grill)
making it blend with white wine to degrease a bit '
and I added the asparagus (frozen) salt and pepper ...
never fail!


drain the pasta, add it to the sauce and
add a tablespoon of cream, diluted with half a glass of water and a sachet of saffron
.
thicken for 30 seconds and eat pasta hot hot!

for this recipe which I think is really needed supercoccolosa
for 2 servings:
2 / 3
beautiful potatoes 1 red onion
pint of milk
vegetable broth, salt, pepper
arugula (optional)
pancarrè
I cut the potatoes into cubes and sliced \u200b\u200bonion, sauté
with a little oil in a pan and cover it with milk and a spoon
abundant vegetable broth


Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally

Today
easy recipe dedicated to my friend who Clarita,
poor, has removed the tonsils and 2 weeks unable to eat anything except
puree and ice cream!

I bought a beautiful pumpkin el I cleaned and cut into cubes
with two diced potatoes always

high in a frying pan cook for 30 minutes pumpkin the potatoes with oil, salt and pepper and rosemary understand it all with vegetable broth

When the pumpkin and potatoes have begun to unravel, I spent
all with the blender by adding a tablespoon of potato starch
and making the soup creamy
to eat hot with toasted bread and a good sprinkling of parmesan
I love eat in the autumn evenings!
